On November 9, 2022, the 5th International Billiards Tournament, organized by the Kyrgyz section of the IPA, was held in the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, timed to coincide with the Day of the Soviet Police, which is celebrated on November 10. The Russian team was represented by the General Secretary of the Moscow Region, Lieutenant-General Prikhodko Yury Vasilyevich, who is an experienced billiards master and captain of the Russian team. The competition was attended by veterans and current employees of law enforcement forces and law enforcement forces of Russia, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. This was announced by the President of the International Police Association in the Kyrgyz Republic, Major General of Police Sheishenbek Bayzakov.
The competition, in which more than 30 fans of this game came together, took place in a hot struggle. After several hours of competition, all participants received not only a positive charge, but also commemorative medals, diplomas and certificates in various categories.
As a result, in the team championship, the 1st place was taken by the team of Kyrgyzstan, the 2nd place - by Russia and the 3rd place - by Kazakhstan.
In the individual championship Prikhodko Yuriy took third place. Congratulations to Yuri Vasilievich with such a high result!
The sports competition aroused great interest among the veterans of law enforcement forces and gathered a lot of spectators and fans. In turn, the tournament participants thanked the organizers and all those present for participating in the event.
