On 16 May 2021, the constituent assembly of military police veterans was held in Serbia, at which they announced the establishment of a new veteran organisation - Association of Military Police Veterans of Serbia.
Among the founders are reputable military police veterans and commanders, in particular the commander of the first part of the military police in the former Yugoslavia, Dragoljub Jevjeovich, Jovica Stankovich, Zharko Avramovich, Piperac Sasha, Zlatko Tandarich, Shipka Zeljko, Ivan Misich, Branko Momchilovich Maikan, Dobrosav Lojanica Loki, Goran Radich and the chairman of the military syndicate of Serbia, military expert of ‘Veteran Vesti,’ Novica Antich.
‘We sincerely congratulate our veteran brothers on the establishment of a new reputable structure. We wish them success and achievements in protecting the rights of veterans, their families and families of deceased defenders of the Fatherland, success in organising projects to perpetuate the memory of fallen soldiers. Know that your Russian brothers-veterans are always there,’ said the founder of Veteran News media holding, Deputy Head of the Moscow Branch of the Battle Brotherhood, member of the Presidium of the Officers of Russia, Vyacheslav Kalinin.
